CarryMe Health LLC (“CarryMe Health,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) provides a digital peer Community platform designed to support patients and families across hospitals and healthcare systems. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share, and protect your information when you use our website, mobile app, and online Community (collectively, the “Services”).By accessing or using our Services, you agree to this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the Services.
1. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy periodically to reflect changes in our practices or legal requirements. We will revise the “Last Updated” date when changes occur, and may notify you by email or within the Services if material updates are made. Continued use of the Services constitutes your acceptance of the updated Policy.
2. Intended Audience and Children’s Privacy
The Services are intended for individuals age 18 and older. Any information shared regarding your child(ren) or family on the CarryMe Health site(s) and member platform is at your sole discretion. If you directly disclose personally identifiable information or personally sensitive data through CarryMe Health member platform spaces (chats, comments), this information may be collected and used by others. In addition, CarryMe Health does not read any of your private digital communications.
3. Information We Collect
a. Personally Identifiable Information (PII)
We collect the following information directly from you when you register or interact with our Services:
Name, email address, and contact details
Information about your fetal diagnosis and family context
Emergency contact information
Billing or payment information (collected securely via our third-party payment processor)
Communications or content you post or submit within the Community
b. Non Personal Data
When you access or use our Services, we and our third-party partners collect:
Demographic information (location, age range, gender, and interests)
Device and browser information (IP address, operating system, device type)
Usage data (pages visited, time on site, clicks, referring/exit pages)
Cookies and similar tracking technologies

5. How We Share Your Information
a. With Service Providers
We may share information with trusted third-party vendors who help us operate the Services (hosting, analytics, communications, payment processing). These partners are bound by confidentiality and data protection obligations.
b. With Partner Organizations
Fetal Centers, Hospitals or other organizations may sponsor access to CarryMe Health for their patients or members. We provide these organizations aggregated analytics about user engagement. We do not share personally identifiable information without your explicit consent.
Partner Organizations that provide access to Services on behalf of their patients may assign a moderator to their private fetal center space hosted on the platform, and any associated group class space(s), in order to co-facilititate center-specific support services, and provide tailored content for parents. Please note that Moderators of the community platform are able to access and download personally identifiable information of members within the space(s) they moderate, including first and last name and email address.
c. With the Platform Provider (CircleCo, Inc.)
Our Community operates on the Circle platform, provided by CircleCo, Inc. Circle may process your data to operate the Community in accordance with its own privacy policy. We encourage you to review Circle’s privacy practices for more information.
d. For Safety or Legal Reasons
If we believe someone is at imminent risk of harm, we may disclose limited information to emergency services or other appropriate parties to protect life or safety. We may also disclose information to comply with applicable laws, regulations, legal processes, or enforceable governmental requests.
6. Use of Cookies and Tracking Technologies
CarryMe Health and our partners use cookies, pixels, and similar technologies to analyze site usage, personalize your experience, and improve functionality. You may manage cookie preferences through your browser settings.
7. Your Rights and Choices
You may have rights under applicable U.S. state privacy laws, including:
Obtaining a copy of your personal information upon request
Requesting member or content deletion
Opting out of marketing or targeted communications via your member profile on Circle

8. Social Sharing Features
The Community may offer social sharing features and other integrated tools, which let you share actions you take on the Community with other media, and vice versa. Your use of such features enables the sharing of information with your friends or the public, depending on the settings you establish with the entity that provides the social sharing feature. For more information about the purpose and scope of data collection and processing in connection with social sharing features, please visit the privacy policies of the entities that provide these features.
9. Security
We employ administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information. However, no system is entirely secure. You use our Services at your own risk.
10. International Users
Our Services are intended for users in the United States, and the Community is hosted in the United States, providing the same level of data protection and privacy afforded as described in the Additional Notice to European Residents found at https://circle.so/privacy. If you access the Services from outside the U.S., your data will be transferred to and processed in the U.S., which may not have the same data protection laws as your jurisdiction. We may also transfer your data from the U.S. to other countries or regions in connection with storage and processing of data, fulfilling your requests, and operating the Community. By providing any information, including personal information, on or to the Community, you consent to such transfer, storage, and processing.
11. California Users
Our community operates on the Circle.io platform, and we provide the same level of data protection and privacy rights afforded under Circle.io’s California Resident Privacy Notice. California members are therefore entitled to the same protections and rights regarding their personal information as set forth by Circle.io under applicable California law.
12. Third-Party Links and Services
Our platform may contain links to third-party sites. We are not responsible for their content or privacy practices. Please review those sites’ privacy policies before interacting with them.
13. Retention
We retain information as long as necessary to provide our Services, comply with legal obligations, or resolve disputes. You may request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us.
